Cindy’s excellent communication skills, her appreciation for the owner’s attachment to the property being sold, her close attention to detail, her timely suggestions that increase the property marketing and her presenting realistic changes to the property for better sales opportunity all make her a superb choice in selling a real estate. Cindy went beyond her contractual obligation. As a result, she made both my wife and I feel like the sale of my parents’ home was the most important listing in her book. She was realistic in offering her assessment of the property and made good recommendations on presenting the property to the market place.
