Former grain elevator location. The site features two steel storage buildings that measure 70X100 feet with a 20 foot eave height. These buildings have concrete floors and heavy steel superstructure and could easily be modified for machinery storage. These buildings have 125A service but could be swapped to high voltage with a new transformer. The site also features a 24X24 office building with bathroom, a 40X45 shop building and a 10X60 truck scale. The site has a 15,000 bushel hopper bottom bin that could be moved to another site.
